Shipping & Returns

Below are some of our frequently asked questions about shipping and returns. Please note that for the time being, our OneBook planners are shipped separately from the rest of your order, so you may receive multiple packages and shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers. 

What shipping provider do you use? 

We use USPS and UPS, depending on which is cheapest and fastest for your location. Regardless of the service used, we provide tracking numbers for every order.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally, but orders going outside of the US may experience longer shipping times. Please note that taxes and duties may be applied at the time of delivery. Any import fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you offer local pickup in the Kansas City Metro?

Yes! If you are in the Kansas City Metro area, we offer local pickup on a set day most weeks, at a location in Lenexa, KS. Select the local order option at checkout, then email us at support@whybegin.com with your order number to arrange a pickup date.

How long does shipping take? 

We ship every weekday. In most cases, US orders will receive their package within 3-7 business days, and international orders can expect to receive their package within 7-14 business days. 

We will attempt to notify you immediately if there is a delay in your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

How can I get free shipping? 

We offer free shipping on orders over $39.

Do you send gift orders?

Yes, please mark on your order that it is a gift, and we will ship it without prices and with a note attached, if desired. Write your gift note in the “notes” section of your order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking information when it is packaged and shipped.

Do you take returns?

Yes, we take returns for unopened, undamaged, and unused products within 10 days of receiving your order. If the product has been used in any way, we cannot accept your return. If you’d like to initiate a return, please email your order number and specify which items from your order you’d like to return to support@whybegin.com.

Please note that a $5 restocking fee applies for returns.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.
